Subsequently, we generate the estimate for the carrier.

It’s crucial to note that the cause of loss is not covered by the insurance. Determining the cause of loss involves identifying what broke or triggered the larger issue. Once the cause of loss is established, the homeowner is responsible for covering the associated costs out of pocket. This expense is separate from the deductible.

Payment Responsibility

After the inspection, your insurance company will provide an estimate for repair costs. Often, this estimate is prepared by the assigned contractor (us). We share the estimate and photos with the carrier for their review and approval based on the visible damage today. However, some damages remain hidden.
